Lance @afterhrz you could also just be missing them with other users claiming them before you. If a claim doesn’t get completed after 4 hours it gets released back to everyone. Think of Loudie like playing the lotto or a radio station giveaway. We have limited amounts of freebies to most giveaways. The overall purpose of Loudie is to promote shows and encourage fans to purchase tickets. Sometimes you get freebies other times you don’t. If you claimed anything recently you are less likely to gain access to something of high demand. We do that to keep it fair for everyone
